With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will process a refund with a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of your purchase for accessory items returned in new condition or that are defective. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a higher restocking fee. No returns on bike purchases.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

The Basil Portland is a modern basket for the back of a bike. It is a stylish aluminum bicycle basket with a sleek design. The basket has a detachable and adjustable strap that can be easily clicked onto the basket's rim. On the front of the basket is a logo made of durable material.
The basket has a capacity of 25 litres and a maximum weight of 10 kilos. This rear basket comes with a pre-mounted MIK adapter plate, allowing you to easily attach the basket to your carrier. With this adapter plate, you can easily click the basket into your luggage carrier with MIK profiles or a MIK luggage carrier plate. The adapter plate is equipped with a convenient locking feature for added safety. If you would like to take the basket into the office or a shop, you can just as easily click the basket off again.
