With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will process a refund with a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of your purchase for accessory items returned in new condition or that are defective. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a higher restocking fee. No returns on bike purchases.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

The Troxus Lynx Plus is a mini cargo hauler with a 400-pound load capacity and a powerful 750-watt motor.
The Troxus Lynx Plus is a mini cargo hauler featuring an ultra-strong semi-integrated rear rack with a 400-pound load capacity. The MIK-compatible rear rack is capable of carrying up to 100 pounds of cargo or passengers. Equipped with a Bafang® 750-watt hub-drive motor, the bike provides 86Nm of torque for climbing steep hills. It is UL-2849 certified and includes a 960Wh long-range battery with Samsung® cells, offering a range of up to 90 miles on a single charge.
The bike features a 6061 aluminum step-thru frame for easy access and an 80mm suspension fork to improve comfort and control on rough surfaces.
